The Cellebrite UFED Touch 2 is the successor to the successful UFED Touch solution. The device is well suited for both office and field Mobile Forensics. It offers a user-friendly interface, a Touchscreen and extra high speed through the improved hardware compared to the first generation. A forensic copy of a mobile device is created with the UFED Touch 2, which can then be read and analysed with the software provided.
The Cellebrite UFED 4PC is a software-based forensic solution for processing and analysing mobile devices. The software provides users with a cost-effective, flexible and simple tool that runs on their own workstation or laptop. For investigators reading mobile devices from a single location, this is an ideal solution.
The UFED Analytics product family focuses on automating analysis, by linking extractions from multiple mobile devices. It is possible to load data from various existing forensic tools. The tool makes it easy to make connections between entities. Self-learning text, image analysis and smart filtering capabilities enable quick results. It is also possible to extract text from images using optical character recognition (OCR). The following products are part of the UFED Analytics product group:
- UFED Analytics Desktop - A standalone application aimed to allow a forensic analyst to work on individual investigations. Work can be done by 1 user at a time.

This tool is designed to be used in locations where a selection of data needs to be quickly extracted from a mobile device. Think of a video recorded by a witness. The user-friendly interface makes this tool usable even by people who do not have a technical background. It is an all-in-one solution where the software can make both logical and physical extractions. For a logical extraction, the data to be extracted can be filtered in advance.
The tool can be used, for example, at neighbourhood offices to collect witness information, at border police or at customs.
Extractions made with the UFED Touch 2 or UFED 4PC need to be decoded and analysed. This is done using the Physical Analyzer software. The clear tool ensures that the content from the mobile device is divided into categories. The smart reporting capabilities and filtering help the researcher in the analysis.
