PIEK ESD Plant Auditor

ESD training trains an ESD coordinator to the level described in the ESD standards. ESD standards are issued by the IEC organisation. The most important group standard is IEC 61340-5-1: if a company sets up an ESD control programme, someone must be responsible, the ESD coordinator. The training consists of a theory and a practical part. Other standards included in the training: the IEC 61340-5-3 and the user guide IEC 61340-5-2. The 5-1 and the 5-3 were adapted and updated in 2015 and 2016.
